Objective

The investment seeks to preserve capital and generate consistent income. The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in first lien secured (senior) floating rate loans and fixed income securities (bonds). Under normal market conditions, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in debt instruments that are senior secured obligations. Senior secured obligations are debt instruments that rank highest in the order of repayment.
