Objective

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Cboe S&P 500 3-Month Collar 95-110 Index ("underlying index"). The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the Cboe S&P 500 3-Month Collar 95-110 Index ("underlying index"). The underlying index measures the performance of a risk management strategy that holds the underlying stocks of the S&P 500® Index and applies an options collar strategy (i.e., a mix of short (sold) call options and long (purchased) put options) on the S&P 500® Index.
