Mr. Gramatovich has been with Toroso since 2022 and serves as Portfolio Manager for the firm. He has also been with Gateway Credit Partners Inc. (or its predecessor firm) since 1995, and he currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for the firm. In this role, he is responsible for developing investment strategies, themes, and products, as well as making investment decisions and overseeing portfolio composition. Prior to the founding of Peritus I Asset Management, LLC, Mr. Gramatovich was a portfolio manager with Smith Barney’s Asset Management Division in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Smith Barney, he was a senior vice president with Aegis Asset Management Inc. in Los Angeles. Mr. Gramatovich began his career with Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1984, working in both New York and Los Angeles, assisting in the development and marketing of high-yield corporate cash management products. Mr. Gramatovich is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Gramatovich serves and advises several local charitable groups. He is a graduate of the New York Institute of Finance.
Tyler Gramatovich, CFA, Senior Credit Analyst, Portfolio Manager for Toroso
Tyler Gramatovich has been with Toroso since 2022 and serves as Portfolio Manager for the firm. He has also been with Gateway Credit Partners Inc. since 2013, and he currently serves as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Credit Analyst for the firm, where he is responsible for generating investment ideas, managing portfolio holdings, and undertaking fundamental and valuation analysis on prospective investments, as well as working closely with the trading and risk team to ensure the individual holdings are in line with portfolio objectives. Mr. Gramatovich began his career at Cowen and Company in 2011. There he served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Capital Markets division, assisting in both equity and high yield debt financings, participating in all stages of the structuring and marketing process. He then joined Peritus Asset Management in 2013 as a Credit Research Analyst, with a focus on the oil and gas, telecom and transportation industries, and participated in credit selection and management for an actively managed high yield ETF. Mr. Gramatovich graduated from the University of Alberta School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. Mr. Gramatovich is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute
Mr. Ragauss currently serves as Director of Product Management at CSat Investment Advisory, having joined the it in April 2016. Prior to joiningCSat Investment Advisory, Mr. Ragauss was Assistant Vice President at Huntington National Bank (“Huntington”), where he was Product Manager for the Huntington Funds and Huntington Strategy Shares ETFs, a combined fund complex of almost $4 billion in assets under management. At Huntington, he led ETF development bringing to market some of the first actively managed ETFs. Mr. Ragauss joined Huntington in 2010. Mr. Ragauss attended Grand Valley State University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business, as well as a minor in French. He is a member of both the National and West Michigan CFA societies and holds the CFA designation.
Mr. Venuto is a co-founder and has been the Chief Investment Officer of the Toroso Investments, LLC since 2012. Mr. Venuto is an ETF industry veteran with over a decade of experience in the design and implementation of ETF-based investment strategies. Previously, he was Head of Investments at Global X Funds where he provided portfolio optimization services to institutional clients. Before that, he was Senior Vice President at Horizon Kinetics where his responsibilities included new business development, investment strategy and client and strategic initiatives.
